Every color and every pattern. All four registries with a reachable standard (TICA, CFA, ACFA, CCA-AFC) recognize any genetically possible color, with no exclusion list at all: a genuine four-way convergence. CFA's own class list runs to roughly 60 entries and states a preference for 'colors and patterns that enhance the natural wild appearance', with high rufusing desirable in tabbies 'with no penalty for lack thereof'. The one firm foot rule points the other way from the Pixie-bob: polydactyly is disqualified by every American Bobtail standard that addresses toes at all.
