Do I need to pay to read the articles?
No, and you never will. Every article, breed profile and guide on this site is free, including the health ones. A membership supports the work and gets you more room in the games plus a discount on ebooks.
Is the price what I will actually pay?
Not quite: the prices here exclude tax, and your own country's tax is added at checkout. That is why the checkout is the only place that can show you the final figure.
Why is the annual cheaper?
Because it gives you two months free: paying monthly for a year costs twelve months, and the annual price is ten. The saving is exact rather than rounded, and the annual Feast also includes one ebook per year.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, from your own account page, without writing to anyone. Your access runs to the end of the period you have paid for. The details are on our refunds page.
Can I get a refund on an ebook?
Once it is downloaded, no, because a file cannot be handed back. There are three cases where you get your money back anyway, and we list them plainly on the refunds page rather than burying them.
