Two warnings before any figure, because this breed's search space earned them. First, several of the most prominent "Munchkin cattery" results online are templated marketing sites rather than verifiable breeders; our research declined to use two of them by name after finding recycled copy and inconsistent addresses. Second, in two of our four markets the only honest source is a live marketplace sample, and in one there is no reliable price at all. Here is everything that survives scrutiny, read 17 August 2026.
United States: $900 flat to $4,100, two named catteries
The spread is real and the extremes are both genuine. Midget Cats Land (Crescent City, California, -registered) states a flat $900 all-in, every kitten, with vaccinations included and a $300 deposit counting toward the total: the most transparent price sheet in this market. Kitty Land Kittens (Shoreline, Washington) prices ten individually named kittens from $3,000 to $4,100. A four-fold gap between two working catteries is the honest US picture; what separates them ( depth, guarantees, inclusions) is exactly what your questions to the breeder should establish. One correction to the numbers you will meet elsewhere: a widely-quoted "$500-3,000" guide range traces to evergreen page text, not live listings, and no registry publishes any Munchkin price schedule.
United Kingdom: one live sample, honestly labeled
Single source, said in bold: the UK figure rests on Pets4Homes' live listings alone. Pure Munchkin listings clustered £200 to £1,200, with exactly one -registered litter in the sample (£1,000); Minuet listings on the same search ran far higher (£795-5,500), a reminder that the crosses are a different market. Below £500, the listings in our sample named no registry at all.
Canada: one live sample, five provinces
Single source, said in bold: Kijiji's live listings (31 found, 7 read in detail) ran CA$300 to CA$950 across five provinces, and the composition matters more than the range: most listings read described crosses or non-standard (long-legged) kittens, and not one stated a registry affiliation. A registered Canadian Munchkin will cost more than this sample suggests; the sample is what the open marketplace actually sells.
Australia: no reliable price exists
The honest finding after six attempts across five research doors: no reliable published Munchkin price exists in the Australian market. Every Australian source was silent, templated or unreachable. We publish the absence rather than an invented range, and note the legal context a buyer should read first (the legal page covers Victoria's own code, which names the breed).
